Do you offer ongoing support or retainer services?
Many clients start with a sprint, then continue into ongoing retainer or maintenance work if it fits the rhythm and goals.
What’s your pricing structure?
We show you what we can do – you decide how much you want to spend.
Most strategic sprint projects range from $6K 6K–$10K, depending on complexity. Retainers vary based on support needs. We don’t bill hourly.
If all you need is a consult, we’ve got one-off and subscription packages too.
What’s the difference between a sprint and engagement?
- Sprints are 30–90 day deep dives with a specific goal. Billed by project.
- Engagements (retainers) are longer-term (6+ months) and more embedded—think strategic operator or execution-side Chief of Staff. Subscription terms.

Do you offer one-off consulting calls?
Yes. Our VIP Clarity Calls and subscription-based strategy sessions are designed for sharp input when you need it. Book one—you’ll likely come back for more.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Circle, ClickUp, Asana, SharePoint, Monday, Airtable—you name it. We work with your stack, and we make it sing.
What’s your turnaround time for projects?
Depends on the scope. Most strategic sprints run 6–12+ weeks. We work in structured weekly packets and set the pace based on your team’s availability.
Can I just hire you to build my Notion or Slack system?
Only if we’re solving the right problem. We don’t sell templates. We build systems that actually move work forward.

Depends on the queue. When the fit’s right, we typically get started within 1–2 weeks.
